How long does it take to process online orders?
Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be processed and fulfilled. This process may take slightly longer during periods of high order volume.

For pre-sale items please allow 4-8 weeks to ship.

Do you cover duties/tax for international shipments? 
For orders shipping to a country on our DDP list, taxes and duties are already included in the product price, which is shown on the product page and at checkout. For orders shipping to a country on our DDU list, the order will be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that all international duties and taxes are non-refundable through Bode. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been placed, we immediately send a confirmation email. When the order is fulfilled, we will follow up with the shipping notification and tracking number. Please note that all shipment tracking takes a moment to update with the delivery estimate and transit details. 

What is your return policy?
All sales are final. See Return Policy below.

Do you cover lost or stolen packages?
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at orders@bode.com so that we can help file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations.

RETURN POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

ONLY IF AN ITEM PROVES DEFECTIVE UPON RECEIPT, PLEASE CONTACT SALES@REMOTETRAVELCLUB.COM. THE ISSUE AT HAND WILL BE ASSESSED AND REFUND WILL BE GRANTED WHERE APPLICABLE.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

AT REMOTE TRAVEL CLUB, WE STRIVE TO ENSURE YOUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION WITH YOUR PURCHASES. PLEASE REVIEW OUR RETURN POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A RETURN OR EXCHANGE.

RETURN CONDITIONS

ALL RETURNS MUST MEET THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND OR EXCHANGE:

1. THE ITEM MUST BE UNUSED, UNWORN, UNWASHED, AND IN THE SAME CONDITION AS RECEIVED.

2. ALL ORIGINAL TAGS MUST REMAIN ATTACHED AND INTACT.

3. THE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED WITH ALL ITS ORIGINAL PARTS AND ACCESSORIES.

4. PLEASE SEND THE ITEM BACK IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING ALONG WITH THE ORIGINAL PACKING SLIP.

5. RETURNS MUST BE INITIATED AND SHIPPED BACK TO OUR FULFILLMENT HOUSE WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY.

6. ALL PRODUCTS FROM THE SAME ORDER MUST BE RETURNED TOGETHER IN ONE SINGLE SHIPMENT.

REFUND PROCESS

IF YOUR RETURN MEETS ALL THE ABOVE CONDITIONS, WE WILL INITIATE THE REFUND PROCESS. REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN APPROXIMATELY THREE (3) BUSINESS DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR RETURN.

- FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS: REFUNDS WILL BE CREDITED BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD USED FOR THE PURCHASE. REFUND TIMELINES MAY VARY BASED ON YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD COMPANY'S POLICIES.

- FOR PAYPAL PAYMENTS: REFUNDS WILL BE CREDITED TO YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT AND WILL BE VISIBLE IMMEDIATELY. THE REIMBURSEMENT TO THE CREDIT CARD ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT WILL DEPEND ON THE CARD ISSUING COMPANY.

NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS

PLEASE NOTE THAT CERTAIN PRODUCTS DESIGNATED AS NON-RETURNABLE ON OUR SITE CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.

IDENTIFICATION TAG

ALL OUR PRODUCTS COME WITH AN IDENTIFICATION TAG. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU TRY ON THE ITEM BEFORE REMOVING THIS TAG, AS WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ONCE THE TAG HAS BEEN REMOVED, BROKEN, OR DAMAGED.

RETURN SHIPPING

TO RETURN YOUR ITEM, PLEASE USE THE LABEL PROVIDED AFTER RECEIVING RETURN AUTHORIZATION. YOU CAN SHIP YOUR RETURN VIA FEDEX TO THE NEAREST FEDEX DROP-OFF LOCATION. FOR EXCHANGES REGARDING SIZE OR COLOR, PLEASE CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER CARE TEAM DIRECTLY.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

REMOTE TRAVEL CLUB MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE ON OUR SITE OR THE MERCHANDISE SOLD TO YOU. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REMOTE TRAVEL CLUB DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL REMOTE TRAVEL CLUB BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OUR SITE, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

FORCE MAJEURE

REMOTE TRAVEL CLUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DELAY OR FAILURE IN PERFORMANCE CAUSED BY CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL.
